"Giant Moving City" explores contrasts and hierarchies in urban architecture, where shifting structures bear traces of both weight and lightness.

Inspired by David's fascination with the animated classic Castle in the Sky, the idea of the moving city as a place of dreams and movement reappears. Within the monumental and mechanical, there is also a longing for freedom—a way to momentarily lift from the world's pressures and observe it from a distance.

The mockup shows 70×100 cm.

I have an autistic son who was born the year this art was created. It's a daily reminder of how beautiful his brain is and symbolizes the magic it's able to create. It's my favorite piece of artwork in my home.
